地形動力学研究室では,以下の研究テーマに着手しています.新屋がこれまで取り組んできた内容のみならず,学生さんの興味・関心から取り組み初めた内容もあります.失敗は成功の糧ですので,失敗を恐れずに研究を続ける姿勢を大切にしています.

The Landform Dynamics Laboratory has begun the following research themes. In addition to the content Niiya has worked on in the past, he has also started working on content based on the students’ interests. 吹雪 / Blowing Snow

  • 乱流構造を反映した吹雪の非定常モデルの開発 / Development of non-steady model for blowing snow with turbulence structure
  • 降雪を伴う吹雪の鉛直構造の解明 / Elucidations of vertical structures of blowing snow with snowfall
  • 雪粒子と雪面の衝突であるスプラッシュ過程の風洞実験 / Wind tunnel experiments on splash process (collision between snow particles and snow surface)
  • 防雪柵周辺に形成される吹きだまり構造 / Snowdrift structures formed around snow fence

雪崩 / Snow Avalanches

  • 周囲流体を介して相互作用する煙型雪崩に関する粒子群モデルの開発 / Development of particle-based model for powder avalanches interacting with ambient fluid
  • 実地形と過去の気象データに基づく日本の雪崩ハザードマップの構築 / Construction of avalanche hazard map in Japan based on surface terrain and previous meteorological data

火山泥流 / Lahars
